Mary Beth graduated with an Associates of Psychology from Oklahoma City Community College before heading to the University of Oklahoma to get her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. She continued at the University of Oklahoma for her Master of Human Relations with the focus on Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Mary Beth believes everyone should find their voice and be able to advocate for themselves. Mary Beth likes to help people find their voice and to know they had it in them all the time and to be able to know their worth and that they have a place in this world and this world is better because they are in it. Through using existential therapy, family systems therapy and cognitive behavior therapy Mary Beth wants to help clients realize their potential. Mary Beth likes the dynamics of family therapy while focusing on the importance of the individuality of each family member. Mary Beth also likes working with couples, adolescents and adults.
Mary Beth and her husband have been married for almost 33 years and have two grown sons, ages 29 and 26. In her free time Mary Beth likes to read, do needlework and crafts and spend time with her husband traveling, watching TV and relaxing in their Norman home with their two dogs and three cats.
