Hello, my name is Nigel Aaron D’Souza and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My role in therapy is to be there alongside you as we discuss what is going on. I believe we all have our inner strengths; having said that, life has its ups and downs. At times, we might seek someone in a judgement-free environment for goal-setting, divulging feelings, and guidance. Together, we will work to find what works best for you. We can increase, decrease, and adapt our behaviors and thoughts for improvement. Life can suck, let’s acknowledge that, and learn how to push through. I work through a blended approach of client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, behavioral, and solution-focused. I provide individual, group, marriage, and family services to clients of all races, religions, sexualities, gender, SES, handicap, and backgrounds. Previous experiences involve working for University Counseling Center, an Autism Clinic, and Grief Counseling for Children.
A little bit about me, I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Tx and moved to Stillwater, Oklahoma. I’ve now made it down to Oklahoma City as an LPC. I love cooking, playing sports, dancing, and spending time with friends and animals.
