Payment Options

We accept children and adults who are covered under Oklahoma Medicaid/ Soonercare.

We accept the following insurances: 

• BlueCross and BlueShield
• Cigna
• Health Choice
• Healthcare Highways
• Optum
• UnitedHealthcare
• Aetna

Our standard cash pay rate is $100/hour. Some providers offer income based sliding scale options. Contact the agency for more information.

We host clinicians in training from universities around the country. These clinicians are under the supervision of licensed clinicians and see clients at the rate of $20/hour.

NOTICE TO PATIENTS:

This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. 

Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income.
